Any information you send will not be considered confidential or privileged unless we have formally agreed to represent you in writing.

If you are not contacting us regarding a matter on which Hylton-Rodic Law PLLC already represents you, please do not include any confidential or sensitive information in your email. We cannot represent you until we have confirmed there is no conflict of interest and determined that we are able to take on your matter.

Additionally, please be aware that consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if a project begins within 30 days of the initial consultation, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the legal costs of your first project.
